That’s always been the way I’ve seen things. As a kid, I felt so out of place that I liked to believe I was from another planet. My little ‘¡Neo!’ alien persona — always looking at things from a slightly different angle, always curious, always experimenting. So of course, that followed me into the kitchen — always picking up new signals, always chasing a better flavour, recalibrating as I go.
